Use of Intellectual Property (IP)

Perma-Chink Systems delivers information in many media forms, including but not limited to: website pages; e-mail communications; voice communications; software media and printed media (these media include or contain: catalogs, labels, newsletters, technical bulletins, references, promotional literature, application instructions and other written materials that use text, photographs, images, video, audio and other images to convey information), hereafter referred to as the “Intellectual Property” or “IP”. IP specifically includes all information included in the Website.

Changes to Terms of Use

Perma-Chink Systems may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. If you access or use the IP after Perma-Chink Systems posts a change, you accept that change. If you do not accept the change, do not access or use the IP. You should check these terms and conditions of use periodically. As a general rule, you may access, print, reproduce and use the IP and retrieve files containing publications or images from only those IP including website(s) owned or operated by Perma-Chink Systems (the “Website”) which Perma-Chink Systems expressly grants limited permission or license to use, provided: (1) the use is for non-commercial, personal or educational purposes only, (2) you do not modify any information or image, and (3) you include any copyright notice originally provided in the IP. The following activities are also expressly prohibited without Perma-Chink Systems’ prior written permission: any non-personal or commercial use; use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the IP or any content; "mirroring" the IP or the Website or any content on any other server; collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices for a supplier of competitive or comparable products; use of any IP, including trademarks, as metadata in websites or pay-per-click advertising; and any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website or otherwise interferes with its functioning.

Posting and Transmitting to the Website

Except for information that is subject to the Perma-Chink Systems Privacy Policy, Perma-Chink Systems will not treat information you post or transmit to the Website as confidential or proprietary. By sending information to Perma-Chink Systems through the Website (by transmitting, posting, or otherwise), you agree that Perma-Chink Systems may use that information in any way, for any purpose, including Perma-Chink Systems’ own commercial purposes, subject only to the Perma-Chink Systems Privacy Policy. PERMA-CHINK SYSTEMS RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for purchases from Perma-Chink Systems, Inc. only, either from a store branch or our Online Store.
If you are making an exchange or a return, we make it easy! Contact us at 1-800-548-3554 for store purchases, or 1-888-838-5070 for online purchases.

• We will accept returned items within 30 days, with no restocking fee. Returns within 30-90 days will have a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted.
• You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Perma-Chink Systems, Inc. prior to returning any merchandise.
• Have your proof of purchase ready when requesting your RMA.
• All items must be returned in new, unopened, resalable condition.
• If you are returning merchandise from an Invoice that qualified for Free Freight, we will deduct the freight amount from your return, according to our shipping charges. If you received Free Freight for our Customer Loyalty Program or Promotional Coupon and return the entire order, we reserve the right to charge the freight to and from your location along with a 20% restock fee, if applicable. If the order is refused upon delivery, we will charge freight to and from your location.
• When merchandise is returned, credit will be issued in the form of original payment or applied to your account.
  Merchandise exchanges are processed without any fee within 30 days of purchase, no exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.

No returns are accepted on Lifeline Accents or Custom Color Orders, as they are tinted per customer request, so it is important to try the free samples first to determine the color you would like before you purchase the tinted product.

Return Methods – choose from one of the following options:

• Ship it yourself – Securely package and send the merchandise by USPS, FedEx or UPS to the Perma-Chink System address provided at the top of your packing list.
• Ask us to arrange shipping – Request that we issue a Call Tag, securely package the merchandise, and a FedEx Driver will come to your house and pick-up your package that you have placed outside your door (please put a note on the package for return “For FedEx Call Tag”). We will deduct $9 per package for the Call Tag fee, plus the FedEx shipping charges, from your returned product(s). For a truck order (LTL) you will need to call Perma-Chink Systems and we will provide you with the return paperwork you will need to take, with the product, to the carrier terminal.
• In store – Visit your nearest Perma-Chink Systems location for immediate processing of your return.

Returning Wrong Item Shipped – choose from one of the following options:

• Ship it yourself – Securely package and send the merchandise by USPS, FedEx or UPS to your nearest Perma-Chink Systems location. We will reimburse you for the freight.
• Ask us to arrange shipping – Request that we issue a Shipping Call Tag, securely package the merchandise and a FedEx Driver will come to your house and pick-up your package that you have placed outside your door (please put a note on the package for return “For FedEx Call Tag”).
• In store – Visit your nearest Perma-Chink Systems location for immediate processing of your return.

New Discounted Shipping Rates

As of February 2016 we will be offering lower shipping rates. As a high-volume shipper we receive preferential rates and pass that savings along to you. You pay what we pay without additional handling fees.

For LTL shipments, we will request a spot quote from the freight carrier to ensure the best rate.

Free Freight

We will offer free freight on any Retail order of 500lbs or more within the contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluding Glass Media, Blaster Buddy & Kodiak Chink Pump). Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. All orders of 500lbs or more will be shipped from Knoxville, TN. For faster delivery, regular shipping rates will apply. If you qualified for free shipping, your order may be delivered by a large delivery truck or ground, at our discretion, depending on the weight of your order (see below). If you received free freight for Customer Loyalty Program or Coupon Code and return the entire order, we reserve the right to charge the freight to and from your location, along with a 15% restock fee and any additional coupons used. If the order is refused on delivery we will charge freight to and from your location.

Delivery Time

The following is an estimate of delivery times. Once your order is shipped, its delivery is out of our control. Please plan you project accordingly.

Orders of in-stock items received before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same day.

Domestic U.S. orders shipped Ground or LTL Freight will arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on your proximity to Perma-Chink Systems store locations. In remote locations, delivery may be delayed 1-2 days.

Domestic orders shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air typically arrive as scheduled, but cannot be guaranteed.

If your order shipped by Ground, Air, or LTL Freight, does not arrive on time, notify us and we will track it for you. If you place your order online, you may also track it yourself with the tracking information provided in your Notice of Shipment e-mail.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii shipped by U.S. Postal Parcel post usually arrive in 5-10 business days and by U.S. Priority Air in 3-5 business days.

Delivery time varies greatly with International orders, but typically takes 1-4 weeks. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or Russia. (see dealer list)

All delivery times are estimated, and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, its delivery is out of our control. Please plan accordingly.

Customers are requested to provide a valid e-mail address in order to get automatic shipping notices with tracking numbers and arrival times.

When You Receive Your Order

Check your order on arrival and notify us immediately of any shipping damage. If possible, take a photo of the damage and send it to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All merchandise ships in approved containers and heavy-duty boxes. Despite our best efforts, damage in shipping can occur.

Check to see that you have received all of your items. If the wrong item has been shipped or if your order is incomplete, notify us immediately. As part of our commitment to customer service, we double check every order before it ships, but despite our best efforts, errors do occur.

It is important that you notify us immediately of any problems with your order. Perma-Chink Systems, Inc. will only honor claims for damaged merchandise or shipping errors (wrong item shipped or short-shipment) for 14 days from date of receipt.

Shipment of Replacement Items

We realize that damaged products or shipping errors on our part can cause major delays in your project. To minimize the inconvenience, we will make every effort to replace the products in a timely manner. Usually, replacement products will be shipped the same day that we are notified by the same shipping method as the original order (orders originally shipped Ground will be replaced by Ground, 2nd Day Air by 2nd Day Air, etc.).

Lost Orders

We realize that a lost order can cause major delays in your project. To minimize the inconvenience, we will make every effort to track your order and replace it in a timely manner, if necessary. If a lost order somehow arrives after the replacement has been shipped, please refuse one or the other order and the carrier will return it to us.
