Perma-Chink Systems has been in the waterborne exterior finish business for decades. Like every other finish manufacturer, we are acutely aware that federal and state environmental regulations are slowly but surely squeezing oil-based finishes out of the market. The terms of this warranty are simple. When you apply Lifeline Ultra-2 and a clear topcoat of Lifeline Advance to properly prepared wood on your house and return the warranty forms to Perma-Chink Systems, you are automatically covered for the first three years of the stain life. To extend the warranty to a full five-year period, you must apply an additional coat of Lifeline Advance at any time during those first three years (including at the initial application, if you like). Your exterior is then warranted for five years by the best looking exterior finish system available and will continue looking great for years to come.
