E-Wood Paste
Epoxy Wood Filler for Log Homes
A small check at the end of a log is an awkward place to work with putty. E-Wood Paste has a spreadable consistency that helps fill those spots. It also suits nonstructural repairs. Use it on window frames, sills, doors, and more.
The resin and hardener come as two parts. Once mixed, a chemical reaction occurs. Epoxy begins to harden. Cured repairs can be sanded, then stained or painted to match color schemes. This product is versatile. It works for indoor and outdoor projects.
Shop Available Sizes
Epoxy wood filler comes in multiple sizes for different project scopes. The tube features an applicator and nozzles for tighter spots, such as a small check at a log end. The pail suits repairs that call for more paste or give you room to mix portions by hand.

How to Store
Part A and Part B must remain in their own containers between repairs. Store opened containers upright away from sunlight. E-Wood Paste has a one-year shelf life.
Application Methods
Before work begins, clean and dry the repair area. Where damaged wood has loose fibers, treat them with M-Balm first. The consolidator gives the paste a sound surface to grip. Wear disposable gloves.
Then, combine equal amounts of E-Wood Paste Part A and Part B. Knead the portions together. You can also use a spatula until the color is uniform.
Mix only what you expect to use. Once the two parts meet, the epoxy wood filler hardens. Work it into the damaged area and shape the surface while it remains workable. Let the repair cure before sanding or applying a finish.
Maintenance
After repair, check the patch and the surrounding wood during routine inspections. New softness or discoloration nearby deserves a closer look, especially outdoors.
If moisture caused the original damage, address the source before another repair. The paste fills the damaged area, but it does not stop water from reaching the wood.
