Ken has over 25 years of experience in customer service, sales, and management. A 20-year Navy veteran, former firefighter, and former network support technician, Ken has levereaged this experience to bring excellence to every company he has been a part of. Joining Perma-Chink in 2023, Ken has learned more about log and timber homes in a short time than he ever imagined. In his spare time, Ken enjoys playing drums, guitar, piano, and bass, also collecting sports memorabilia, going to Mariners baseball games, and spending time with his family. Ken and the PCS Redmond staff are eager to assist customers with knowledge of our products and provide the best possible customer service experience.
